Fabrication of Gokart Vehicle

DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF GOKART VEHICLE

 

Description:

The primary objective is to design a safe and functional vehicle based on a rigid and torsion-free Chassis, well mounted power train and to understand the finer aspects of vehicle design. The secondary objective is to enhance driver’s comfort and safety, and to increase the performance and maneuverability of the vehicle.

Fabriation of Dirt bike

DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF DIRT BIKE

 

Description:

Creative conceptual design and fabrication of dirt bike is the primary aim of this project. Dirt bikes are found to be the recently prevailing trendsetters amongst the younger population around the world, be it for commuting and sports. This Project focuses on the steps to be put forth in building a self-designed dirt bike concept and showcases similar instances.

Petro - Electric Vehicle (Hybrid Bike)

PETRO-ELECTRIC VEHICLE (HYBRID BIKE)

Description:

Different studies focused on how to incentivize a shift from car to motorcycle. In this context the electric bike is gaining more and more popularity. The E-Bike could be an attractive alternative and the light electric vehicles can replace traditional combustion engines. Environmental and social effects resulted by the introduction of e-bikes and e-scooters with a particular focus on the economic sustainability of these replacements. This project gives a better solution for the pollution free and economical petro Electric vehicle.

Fabrication of Two wheeler Dynamometer

FABRICATION AND TESTING OF TWO-WHEELER DYNAMOMETER FOR DETERMINING ITS ENGINE PERFORMANCE CHARACTERSTICS

 

Description:

With India being one of the largest manufacturers of two-wheelers and Indians being the largest users of the same, the need of the motorcycle industry for a tried and tested chassis dynamometer is exponential. Though manufacturers use the engine dynamometer to test their engines before incorporation into the motorcycle, a chassis dynamometer simplifies their process of testing by including factors of loss in transmission and other such aspects that isn’t considered practically in the engine dyno testing. The need for a chassis dynamometer in the after-market segment for performance upgrades, trouble-shooting and other uses is very extensive.
